Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Returns
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if there are any issues. We will then be able to look into your query and resolve the issue.
We have a 10-day return policy. This means that you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return the item must either be defective, damaged or incorrect. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us via our contact form, a link to this available at the top of this page.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to an hour after purchase, after which point cancellation will be at our discretion.
