Shipping Policy

All our bespoke printed products are packaged in robust cardboard envelopes or tubes and shipped with tracking information.

Multiple orders can be combined, at no additional cost. Faster delivery options are also available, so please contact us to upgrade orders and/or confirm pricing.

If your destination country is not available for delivery, for a bespoke quote please contact us.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will include tracking numbers in a dispatch confirmation email. If, for any reason you do not receive confirmation of dispatch, tracking numbers are available on request, please contact us.

Manufacturing & Delivery Times

• Australia, Netherlands, United States of America & United Kingdom: 5-8 working days
• The Rest of Europe & New Zealand: 7-14 working days
• Canada, Japan, Singapore & South Korea: Approximately 30 working days

Please note we are not responsible for delivery delays outside of our control and import related issues.

Import costs, such as customs fees or VAT in the destination country, are the responsibility of the purchaser. This may vary depending on destination.
